Overview:

This project is a major face-lift of the office space of ALGOSPACE, a private equity firm dedicated to the R & D of strategies and technologies for transactions in China’s financial markets.  To renew the office space with respect to the natural environment, cultural atmosphere, and digital transformation, Simon provided a lighting solution that gives a multi-dimensional expression of points, lines, and planes and creates a three-dimensional, multi-layered lighting space. The application of intelligent lighting technology helps create a free, comfortable, healthy and pleasant workplace.

Multi-functional Area

The ingenious designers used an oblique line to divide the space and used different materials for the ceiling and the floor to enrich the dimension of the space. Simon’s recessed downlights OLOT CFD32 and surface-mounted spotlight ALTA FU68 feature a consistent, aesthetic look, even and soft light spot, extremely low glare, and uniform color, which help amplify the texture of the space. Besides, natural light is introduced in the space to brighten the room and provide visitors and employees a pleasant and relaxing environment for communication.

Tea Break Room

Daylight by the window adds an extra touch of comfort and relaxation to the team break room. The pillar of the building is covered with moss patterns to inject vitality and warmth into this simple space. Natural light and artificial light are combined into a comfortable lighting environment. ALTA FU68 surface-mounted spotlight with high-quality LED (CRI>90) presents the true color and achieves a balance between illuminance and uniformity. The indoor lighting is close to natural light and blends perfectly into the space.

Office Room

The semi-open office room takes on a unique hexagon shape. Simon’s architectural art lighting series FLUVIA Slim System can splice the light sources and impart to the space a minimalist style and a lively and open atmosphere. The lamps can be rotated easily to illuminate the ceiling, from which the diffuse reflection sprinkles light evenly into the room. The soft and warm light brightens the room while improving the comfort, reducing visual fatigue and distraction. DALI dimming control achieves swift scene switching.

Independent Office Room

The independent office room is lighted by Slim System and Drop. Simon FLUVIA Slim System creates an illusion that extends the space. Silmon Drop can be rotated easily and create a harmonious, smooth lighting atmosphere between points and lines. The upper and bottom parts can both emit light to brighten the room and create a comfortable office space. 

Meeting Room

Luminaires for the small meeting room are placed above the table. Simon FLUVIA Slim System, which is controlled by the DALI system, is the major lighting fixture, the minimalistic, aesthetic and elegant style of which blends perfectly into the space and facilitates a smooth switch among meeting, projection and other scenes.
