Simon Electric's First Smart Service Provider Certification Training Successfully Finished

On March 21-22, Simon Electric's First Smart Service Provider Certification Training Course started a two-day assessment and certification activity at Haian production base. After preliminary screening, smart solution designers and technical clarification personnel from Simon’s 62 dealers shortlisted, totaling124 trainees, participated in the activity.



This certification training aims to cultivate professional service talents in the smart residence industry who integrate smart solution design, smart device installation and commissioning, and improve terminal service level, and assist Simon in building a strong smart sales service team.


Theory & Practical Operation Comprehensively Improved


In recent years, with the development of new technology and wide concerning of the smart life, the whole house intelligence has stood out, but the service personnel are at the different levels, so it is challenged by many problems such as unprofessional service and fragmented service mode, etc. In this respect, in addition to conventional theoretical knowledge training, Simon also focuses on practical technical drills. Through such training content as scheme design, smart wiring, and smart commissioning, Simon comprehensively combines "learning, practice, and examination" to quickly improve the professional abilities of the trainees in scheme design and technical support, etc.

Front-end & Back-end Full Coverage


Regarding the setting of the training contents, Simon has arranged systematic training and assessment that comprehensively covers front-end solution design, back-end installation and commissioning, by focusing on two core claims including "meeting standardized terminal services" and "comprehensively improving the professional capabilities of dealers’ smart sales service teams". At the assessment site, the trainees concentrated their attention to the training, actively prepared for the exam, calmly took the exam, successfully finished various trainings, and passed all assessments.
